First Batch Done
I've made the first batch of marmalade, it's got a great set and flavour and I'm very happy with it. I've tried to buy more seville oranges, but the shops don't seem to have them yet. Not sure how the market trader in Stratford got hold of them so early, but I wish I'd bought more! Click here for the recipe I use.

What a lovely colour. I wish we ate more jam/marmalade but we don't so there's not really the incentive to make it. I shall just vicariously enjoy yours.
I wish we had smellyvision on our computers. I love the smell of oranges and marmalade.
